Initial concept sketches are only about 60% correct. Successive iterations ensue with feedback loops until the concept is correct. This can take several days to a week.

He then creates a Napkin Sketch to confirm the that his conception is on track capturing the intended storyline and the correct conceptual structure.


A detail black and white sketch is done and changes made as necessary. Then color is added and the visual is tested with focus groups (if appliccable). Final changes are made and the visual is brought to a finish level.
