Often, senior leaders do not necessarily share the same view of an operational issue or strategic imperative. Our development process is conducted in a visually collaborative and iterative manner that tactfully leads senior leaders to common conclusions. In the cascade to the rest of the organization, functional and business unit silos are broken down. Typically there is less resistance to the change and reduced friction means that traction can be achieved and eventually momentum towards the goal as things fall into place to naturally support the effort.
